I like Tim Robbins, Benicio and Clooney as well.

Morgan Freeman annoys the shit out of me, his voice is so irritating!

Heath wins for me too.

Although my top 3 includes:

Bardem and I think Waltz.

I have seen a ton of these performances.

8/10 is not bad!

im going with heath i loved him in that movie. my second is javier (love him) and third tim. ive seen most of these

Lol not gonna vote for this category, because it is like the worse category in history. Often the right people are nominated.....but just for the wrong roles and tbh i hate that lol. Most the winners and nominees are deserving of this award......just not for the right movie shifty

I'm just going to say it now, hate me all you can, but Heath Ledger did not deserve the oscar that year and i think it was pretty clear. Dark knight gets no other recognation aside from Supporting Actor?? Um yeah -_-

Josh Brolin and Phillip Seymore Hoffman was heavily screwed that years at the Golden Globes, SAG and Acedemy awards. May sound horrible but had Heath not died, he wouldn't have even been nominated.

And the 2010 nominations were worse, my god, Matt Damon, should he be nominated?? Yes, for Ivictus?? No, he was 10X better in the Informant....but meh, Stanley Tucci, nomination deserved....HELLS YES, for "The Lovely Bones"...NO!, again he did 10X better in Julia & Julia....and had he been nominated for that role.......he would have won.

I swear, Best supporting Actor Category is just messed up.

It's a toss up between Chris Cooper and Tim Robbins....but went with Cooper still, Javier Bordem comes in third.

I have to agree about Heath too, I don't think he would've been nominated had he not died but that's just me.

Maggie G was great in that film though <3

she was better than katie was in the first movie. but i liked when she got blown up.

Dead or alive it was a great performance.

I saw Hoffman's Doubt performance and while good the Joker was just epic.

Now Meryl losing that year is where I will complain!

I think Not, aside from his performance, the acedemy rarely looks at these movies for their performances, would he be nominated.......that is a HUGE maybe, would he have won it? No, very doubtfull.

Like i said, they gave the award to him due the his death, That is pretty much it
