I just don't like being corrected on my english, it's not my first language, i speak it rarely now that i live here and it is slowly going behind.

You correcting me just annoyed me because i know my english is getting worse by the day and you just basicly pointed it out.

i'm way better at reading spanish then speaking it. I have a few novels in spanish at my house.

speaking it goes a little too fast for me though. sometimes i get a little lost.

I would have to say yes, it is sad, SPanish cultered people are proud (sometimes stuborn) but Proud of their spanish culture, the country where their parents, grand parents are from and their language.

It's something i've admired yet found annoying about them.

We had shit loads of Venezualean/Colombian immegrants coming to Aruba for work, because of how bad the situation is there financially. But say shit about how the country is being run...they shit all over you. And i'm like "Then wtf are you doing here if there is so great?"

we all know english here..so to correct someone's post is rather annoying. This isnt school we arent here to win a spelling contest. That's why it's a nuisance. it's just annoying.

It still makes no sense but whatever.

Kevin, you should be the last person to correct me over a spelling error after the fit you just threw about someone correcting you English, also, I know some Spanish and my iPod auto corrected it for some reason. But yeah, this isn't school...it's the Internet and spelling some of the time doesn't apply
