Most Annoying and Repetitive Things about Wrestling?

There are certain things that will happen over and over... and it's very annoying. Some won't occur during a match.


One that I think of right off the top of my head is people being thrown into bodies of water in WWE: Austin, Edge, Swagger & Mysterio. Can we please stop with this?!!

I hate the physics of tag matches. Its always the same- good partner gets hot tag, after being worked on, then goodie comes in and cleans house. They go for a pin, baddie is thrown out of ring...etc.

Yea, I hate that too as it's seems to happen in EVERY SINGLE TAG MATCH SINCE THE 80'S!!!

Everything about wrestling is annoyingly repetitive, so much so that I created my own "If I were a Babyface Wrestler" and "If I were a Heel wrestler" lists like the evil overlord lists.

It is pretty predictable. Sometimes your preminitions may have a monkey wrench thrown into it because of an injury, suspension or last second changes.

How about this one, wrestler A is a face and friends with wrestler B. Heel wrestlers C and D continue to plot against wrestler B with wrestler A constantly warning wrestler B what the other two are doing, but wrestler B doesn't believe what wrestler A is saying; for weeks we've seen wrestlers C and D plot their hijinks against wrestler B...on camera, so why the hell hasn't wrestler A walked into the production room, requested a copy of last weeks show, and show wrestler B what the hell wrestlers C and D are up to?

That Damn mirror gag where the wrestler sees his rival in the mirror and thus is showing the signs of "Going crazy," but the idiots actually show the wrestler in the mirror, so we the audience see the same thing as the 'Crazy' wrestler while everyone in the room with him doesn't see it; WTF???

How about referees not watching damn replays...

Heels always having to cheat to win, they rarely ever do the heels that don't need to have interference or weapons to win matches.

Matches that end with the heel getting hit with the face's signature move SUDDENLY after having just taken a huge bump. It diminishes the beating that has been administered to him or her.

WWE with the same story lines.
