How do feel about the Women's & Divas titles being unified

We found out that WWE is going to unify the Women's and Divas title at Night of Champions (NOC) what are your feelings about that?

I personally want it but then again I don't because I feel like that will limit the champions mostly between Melina, Michelle, Beth and Maryse in my opinion which all have had title reigns at least twice already. Which all isn't that bad for me but I like seeing more variety of divas with the title instead of those 4 women back to back because it does gets repetitive and too predictable as WWE usually is.

What about you think? Will there be a new title belt? If so how do you think it will look? or will the champion hold both belts? answers these questions and more...

I'm starting to come around to it, seems like WWE has something up their sleeve so it's whatever. I just hope they at least create a tag title for the ladies.

Dont like it. I dont think many women will get chances anymore. I think its quite stupid to bring in that divas belt to have it unified 2 years later.

At least it'll create more competition. Everyone fighting for the same thing.

now we have 1 belt for the same girls to fight over...everyone else will be cast aside.

i could see girls like Jillian or Rosa being fired...hell maybe even Tiffany..

Even with the 2 belts, hardly were we seeing any other new champions. Them shits bounced around from one ex-champ to another - occasional a new player of the ho potato game would jump in and catch the shit.

And please with the "oh, but with two there was a better chance of someone new having a belt" bullshit.

Eve and Alicia were only champions after Melina got injured. Is there really anything to whine about?

well this year i thought WWE was changing cos we were having new champions in Eve, Alicia and Layla...but true to fashion the titles very quickly went straight back to Melina

And once she loses it, whether it's in the unification match or to some future opponent, it's likely going to be an ex-champ.

i personally would rather LayCool won (preferably Layla) and then she drop it to Beth.

i could see...or would like Teddy either force Layla to take on McCool for the title on SD (where McCool will clearly win -_-) or have a DQ finish...and make it a three way

History says otherwise, McCool is always "The first" so naturally, I expect her to be the first woman to be the unified champion.

and Melina JUST won the Divas title after being away for a bunch of months, while Laycool have had possession of the belt since the beginning of the year with a retarded Mickie and Beth reign mixed in. Melinas not losing

well this definitely sucks. the Divas title, while it looks awful, has been a great addition to the division. true it did bring us about ten months of Maryse doing her God Mode Sue routine but she's out of the picture now. it's not like TNA where one belt is forgotten about, both titles have been given equal focus and both Eve and Alicia were great champions. we all know eventually they'll say it's a both brand title but then they'll do what they did in 2002 and move all the wrestlers onto one brand and we'll have the same problem that we had in 2003/04 where there's too many girls and WWE not knowing what to do with half of them. we just know Michelle, Melina, Beth and maybe Eve and Alicia will be in the title scene with the rest of them doing absolutely nothing

i seriously hope this leads to some kind of tag titles for the division with the whole LayCool business. there are too many girls in the company for just one title

It might be better for storylines if its going to be tri-branded. We know Raw won't care, so Smackdown is our only hope. I don't like the idea though.

I could see Laycool winning and one holding the Divas Title & the other the Women's.

If it makes for good storylines, matches, and mic time I'm all for it.......but Raw probably won't do shit. We all saw the 12 second match last night, hahahahaha.

McCool, Maryse, Jillian [lol], Eve, and Alicia were all first time winners of the belt when they got it. There was no way any of them would have become Women's champ at the time they won it so the only reason they were champ is because there was something for them to fight over on their own brand.

Blue, that would just be stupid. TNA had a thriving knockouts tag division then suddenly releases occured and there was no decent tag teams left. Who does WWE have? Laycool, Kelly/Tiffany, Gail/Melina...Jillian/Maryse, thats not enough to support a tag division, especially when they are stupid teams/don't deserve it.
