| Why are the SVR games still outdated every year? When is the real confirmed cut-off date & how does THQ/Yukes determine who and what be in the game? Are THQ/Yukes lazy like people say? Would you be willing to wait longer for a more updated game instead being released in october maybe later like in January or later?

| I don't see it as too outdated this year. There isn't many released stars who made the cut for once, and there isn't that many stars who didn't make it in. | |

| Normally Games who go with 2010 etc 2011
It is used to reflect previous year
Madden 2011 is based on stats from 2010
Same with wrestling I would assume.
Alot of wrestlers and stat info are from the year before.

Discuss.... if we waited for that then we'd never have a solid game it would get released....then people get hired/fired...they'd have to re-release it with a current roster...more peeps hired/fired...re-release... us as consumers and the WWE itself would lost alot of money on that. i think the current roster is pretty up to date although i am sad Serena will never be on a WWE game now since she's gone already.

| They're never outdated, they only go up from Backlash of the previous year up to Mania of the year it's released. It's been like that for years. | |

| Something also to consinder is WWE's decision making. They have the final say over who is in.
Relavency, the amount of time THQ has to create your character, WWE's decision all factor into how the roster looks.

| I am mostly satisfied with what I've seen so far and it is pretty much updated but there still some things that aren't but I know they can't please everyone I'm not really complaining just asking a question honestly. I'm really excited to for the game I pre-ordered it and everything. | |

| I am okay with the Mania cutoff to determine who is in the game....as long as I have the ability to create those people that I would like to be in that weren't given slots. | |
