First reported on back in June was Vertigo Films' (The Children) latest genre pic, Guinea Pigs, the latest medical horror pic continuing the craze created by The Human Centipede. From director Ian Clark, the micro-budget film is an atmospheric horror about volunteers fighting for their lives after a drug trial goes wrong. The UK will release the film some time in 2011, Empire scored an exclusive look at the trailer that looks a bit Paranormal Activity-esque.
