3 things you'd change about the WWE Divas division...

What are they?

I would Fire Melina, Naomi, Kelly and Rosa.

I would demote LayCool to jobbers a year.

My to focus fueds would be Alicia Fox vs Beth Phoenix and Natalya vs Maryse.

-Focus on Gail,Natalya,Beth,Alicia,Michelle,Maryse.
-Bring Jillian back from training divas and give her another run with the title.
-Proper storylines, instead of random tags each week.

-give the divas more time for matches and character development etc
-revive the Women's title and create a set of Intergender Tag titles (with Gail and Evan being the first champs)
-ban all gimmick costume matches

I love those matches tbh, they always provide some laughter or something.

1 - I would reinstate the Women's Title, but keep the Diva's as well. The Women's title would return to the head of the division and only the most deserving women would contend for it. The Diva's title would be introduced as an undercard title. Women from both brands would be able to compete for both belts.

2 - I would give a VERY stern warning to Kelly Kelly, Rosa, Tiffany, Nikki, Brie & Maryse. I want solid improvement within 6 months.....if I don't see a big improvement, they can join the ranks of the former divas.

3 - I would revamp the storyline process. This would include pulling focus of the entire division away from solely Michelle/Layla and have it focus on all of the talent. To provide better storylines, I would look at bringing in some more women that are wrestlers, not models.

Problem solved

Decommission the Divas Championship and reinstate the Women's Championship

Reduce the use/hiring of models, and build a backbone for the division with legit grapplers

Diversify the gimmicks, give them full-fledged distinct personalities

1)Stop hiring models and hire actual trained wrestlers because lets face it 9 times out of 10 said models turn out to be sh!t in the ring (ie Maryse, Alicia, Kelly, Rosa)
2)reinstate the womens title because it has a rich and solid history...plus id keep the divas title aswell (its grown on me lol)
3)diuersify the roster by giving each diva different personalities and personas (ie Hellcat Melina, Athletic Eve, Ditzy Kelly, Crazy Gail, Powerhouses Beth and Natalya)

Seems like a good portion of us have similiar ideas

Pretty much what Silva said: Get rid of the dead weight and focus on the ones who can wrestle like Gail Kim and give them longer matches to work with.

Give all the women distinct personalities and lots of segments to get their character across.

5+ minute matches on every Raw and Smackdown.

Have Beth, Natalya, and new signings Cheerleader Melissa and Awesome Kong as the focus of the division.

Keep Michelle out of the spotlight
Bring back the women's title
Give the women more time in matches & let the ones who can't wrestle that well(Eve, Kelly, The Bellas) be managers
