Report: Randy Orton Suffers Injury

According to sources, Randy Orton suffered an injury to his knee on last week's RAW from Orlando, FL. This is the same night Orton lost the WWE title to The Miz after he cashed in his Money In The Bank briefcase. According to the source, Nexus member Husky Harris kicked Orton in the knee, thus causing the injury. Orton was kept off WWE weekend live events as a result of this. The injury caused quite the scare among WWE management as the last thing they need right now is another top star injured.

Why am I not surprised that a rookie was the cause of it. Never was a fan of Husky to begin with

that sucks, hope he gets better soon.

Rookies make mistakes, Minterz, that's why they are rookies even if they are untalented, they learn then become vets but propably still untalented. It was a honest mistake.

I know, I was just angry at first. Hope Orton's knee gets better soon.

The kick didn't look that bad. I'm rather surprised by this.

Bet Huskys feeling a bit worried now . Real shame, Randys one of my favourites and Raw seems very flat without him especially as potentially he's got some good storylines coming up Nexus/Miz.

Randy is pretty boring anyway lol. His whole character is almost like a takeoff of the Undertaker, and its just not working.

Not even. He just hasn't made me want to watch Raw, and I wouldn't really be bothered if he was there or not. Even as champ he was overshadowed by Wade-Cena fued. If he was that dominant heel he was in 2008-9, this would be a different story.

being the glue doesn't necessarily mean he is the main focus. It means he was the centerpoint, the thing that everyone ran by at some level, including the Nexus angle. Him gone would hurt them badly. He's popular, an essential figure on the brand and has been for the last few years, his absence would be and will be noticable, and it will take a great deal of effort on their part to move past him since HHH is still out as well. The Nexus, Sheamus, Cena, and Miz aren't strong enough to carry the brand (as bad as a mess as it already is) without him

I agree. It wasn't the same without him on Raw so hopefully he's back next week. I actually like him better now than I liked his heel character because he was stale. He's got more personality now

I was shocked to find out Husky's father was IRS. That pretty neat. Anyway I hope Randy gets better.

Hmmmm.....another injury I can relate to. All he really needs to do is rest and hope it heals up ok.

Its probably just something that runs in the family as my dad has bad knees also but I hurt my knee a few years back and it still hasn't healed. By a few years back I mean before I took up rugby. All he can really do is rest and hope its not serious.
