Hmm... interesting. Truthfully, I never liked the spinner anyway. I hope Miz does something original with it though.

What's original to do with it? It's a belt that spins.

I knew about the report but I figured they would keep the current one for a while plus this week they had about the best sale on wwe belts I have ever seen on new ones that is.

So a belt that was $365 + shipping became like $215 but stupid CA tax made it like $240...

They also gave me a free belt hanger so I thought if ever a time to buy it it was now.

I just hope they wait like 6 more months but if it happens then oh well!

If they introduce a new belt, it better not be some customized garbage because that fad is played the fuck out...bring back the traditional-looking titles! For got's sakes.

Damn Ted DiBiase! After his custom Million Dollar Championship (which at least was a gimmick championship), every fucker with a belt followed suit and had a custom belt made.

It didn't become a problem until Cena's day. It was cool for years before because they were sporadic and not overkilled.

No one forgot. The difference is when once Cena lost the title the last time, the got rid of it. The WWE title spinner has stuck around YEARS after it was introduced, and YEARS after the hip-hop gimmick.

I think because the United States Title recovered after Cena lost it and went back to its own design. Lack of prestige for it now is because of mediocre talent and lack of angles around it.
