Umaga's One Year Memorial Controversy

There are a few more photos on the TMZ website

Apparently this was a private memorial because quite a few wrestlers were pissed off at the leaked photos.

TMZ.com posted an article on their website regarding former WWE superstars MVP, Shelton Benjamin, Charlie Haas, Jackie Haas, Shad Gaspard and WWE referee Mike Chioda reuniting in Texas, to honor Eddie Fatu, otherwise known as Umaga, who died on December 4th last year.

Several photos from the memorial were also posted on TMZ which has led to the following reactions:

Shelton Benjamin - "you know its a real damn shame when you allow someone into your home as a friend and they turn out to be a snake in the grass. ekkies memorial was both personal private and not for public display so its really pisses me off to see a trust betrayed. but i will root out this peice of poop who did this"

Rikishi - "Let my brother R I P @TMZ and who ever sent them those pics .. No class Muthaf***ers"

MVP - “The TMZ photos were a disgusting invasion of privacy. That was supposed to be a PRIVATE FAMILY affair. That person is a LOW LIFE PARASITE! How some one can claim to be a “friend” & then violate that “friendship” is inexcusable ! A private moment made public. I’m disgusted! For the record, there were no camera men in bushes ! It was some one AT the memorial with NO CLASS or RESPECT ! We know who it was !”

Carlito - “Thats f*d up whoever sent them pics to tmz! …and tmz is f*d up for putting that bad pic of me on the front page!”

I would include my sources but that would take way too long...I remember reading some of this from ProWrestling.net and finding the pics on TMZ.com...can't remember some of the other stuff where I got the twitter comments from.

Anywho, whoever did this...just might get his or her ass kicked :-X

The thing I don't see about you guys saying all that is these people got together to remember a guy they've had the pleasure of working with, a guy they all know personally. If you don't like them, whatever, but they were there for good reasons and I think that whoever took the picture is a bitch.

Personally, anyway.

That hasn't been forgotten in all of this. Those ridiculous pictures have just lightened the mood on this thread.

Stuff like this (anonymity) seem to reveal itself at some point. We may not know today or tomorrow, but I wouldn't be surprised if this gets out eventual because someone's ego wouldn't allow them to keep their mouth shut.
