-Has picked up wrestling fast for amount of training
-Tries too hard on the mic

-Very solid in-ring performer.
-Needs to improve her mic work

Brie Bella
-Decent in the ring
-Bad actress

Eve Torres
-Tries hard to improve her abilities and arsenal
-Can be a bit too stiff at times, especially in her clotheslines

Kelly Kelly
-Very easy to attract to, from a fans perspective
-Terrible actress

Layla
-Great at making a match look real/dramatic in her expressions/reactions
-Tends to overact in many of her segments.

Maryse
-Oozes charisma in everything
-Sloppy in the ring...Just doesn't get "it"

Melina
-Passion for the business
-Sloppy in ring work

Michelle McCool
-Has improved tremendously inside and out of the ring in the time shes been there
-Needs to work on her acting...Very inconsistent

Nattie
-Excellent in ring technitian
-Tends to try to hard in her promos, by speaking slowly.

Nikki Bella
-Good at being a heel
-Crap actress

Rosa Mendez
-Good dancer
-Shit at acting

Tamina
-Has awesome expressions
-Very stiff mannerisms

Good idea for a thread. Will just do a few to start off with.

Rosa - Terrible in the ring despite years of practice / Has a good little swagger and presence.

Beth - Fantastic in ring worker / would like to see her more aggressive in the ring.

Gail - very natural wrestler with great ability / bland as fuck

Layla - has improved a lot in the ring / can be over the top with her character

Alicia - another one with natural ability / can be sloppy especially with her Axe kick

Kelly - very pretty girl who's very over with the crowd / limited in the ring.

Eve - tries hard and I like her moveset / horrendous dancer

Michelle - developed into a very good wrestler / way too over exposed and comes across as very unlikeable

Alicia Fox:
-has a lot of charisma and excellent heel on the mic
-she needs to start using more varied moves as she always uses the northern lights and tilt a whirl backbreaker

Beth Phoenix:
-excellent worker and has great strength
-she's been booked very inconsistently in the past, Mickie able to score clean wins over her yet LayCool get their asses handed to them by her 9 times out of 10

Brie Bella:
-has improved a lot and worked a great match with AJ Lee
-comes across as bland and the sister that's likely to be released if they split them up

Eve Torres:
-very good at selling and always brings something new to the table
-pretty bland as a character like the night after Fatal 4 way, she was all smiles despite losing her title

Gail Kim:
-the best wrestler in the division, always takes a lot of bumps
-she screwed up her two big chances when she first debuted

Kelly Kelly:
-has improved significantly and is quite talented now
-bad actress

Layla:
-perfect in every way
-her accent switching can be a little annoying at times and she can overdo the pouting

Melina:
-has a great in-ring presence with the screaming and is quite innovative with her moves
-has become a sloppy worker and doesn't allow her opponents to get in a lot of offence against her

Michelle McCool:
-solid all round worker that has improved significantly on the mic
-overpushed and has become an easy target for haters

Natalya:
-great wrestler and deserving of the title belt
-comes across as too squeaky clean at times

Nikki Bella:
-a heel through and through, has been very impressive lately
-she keeps switching from heel to face weirdly

Rosa Mendes:
-hilarious and has good mic skills
-awful wrestler

Kaitlyn:
-has good comic timing
-too green in the ring

Tamina:
-has a great ring presence that is able to cover up her greenness
-talks too slow

Anyway...

Some can wrestle. Some are pretty. Is that good enough?

Most are there for looks, others are there to job to them, some are there to make the first look good in angles.

And they're all there for that paper.

Kaitlyn - very likeable and has a unique character / very green in the ring.

Natalya - excellent worker / needs to have another finisher besides the sharpshooter and has yet to have that amazing singles match she's capable of

Melina - when she's on her A game , can have some great matches and an unusual moveset / very sloppy at times and can try to be too innovative

The Bellas - pretty decent wrestlers / bad actresses and the whole Twin Magic thing has got very boring.

Tamina - good comedic presence and keeps things nice and basic / haven't seen her wrestle too much and wears some fugly stuff.

Maryse - stunning girl who's nailed her character and oozes charisma / can be sloppy and needs to tighten up her in ring work
