Positive Feeback Thread...

I think this could be a cool concept. The internet columnists aren't too nice about the diva matches most of the time, so why not share some positive feedback you find?

This was another one of those Diva tag team matches that I was worried about. It was like the Melina/Maria vs. Natalya/Layla match from a couple weeks ago, except Eve is no Melina. Thankfully, this match was better than I expected it to be, much like that one. Sure, Maria was far from crisp or clean looking. Her purpose in matches is to work the crowd and sell for the heels though, and she did those things well enough. Nattie and Layla did some good work making Maria hurt, including a modified Dragon sleeper by Natalya that had me marking out. Sue me, I love that move. People have gotten on me for not giving Layla her due and you know what, she looked GREAT in this match. Eve also looked remarkably good; perhaps those judo lessons are finally sinking in. She doesn't look as choreographed as she used to, and the only thing that marks against her is that she misjudged her moonsault and landed on Layla's gut. That happens to the best of wrestlers and I'm hardly going to trash her for it. It's not often I put a Diva's match in the Right, so these four ladies can feel proud for earning it.
