Is something wrong with me? I'm 19, gay, single, and have NEVER had a relationship. I think a lot of gays are into one thing and I'm sorry I'm just not. I want to get to know someone and do all that the right way.

You just gotta do whats right for you. I've never technically been in a relationship and I'm 21, I've dated guys but never been that committed where we had the title boyfriend. Though I've been actively seeing this guy exclusively for few weeks so I guess you could say we are in a relo, I dunno how it works lol.

The way I think of it is that you either aren't ready, or are looking for the lasting relo not the few months, few years which ends and you guys go through bad breakups. I believe you can find someone and just click and spend your life with them.

And i'm a paranoid, self-hating, depressive, ugly lil clingy bitch...but I'm about to be a wife and stepmom...so if some guy is crazy enough to tie me down..i'm sure you will find someone hun.

This is the first time I've seen this thread! Funny how a thread that relates to me so much has escaped me for so long.

I'm single because nobody wants anything to do with me. And there aren't a lot of gay guys from where I'm from. So that limits my choices a lot. I mean, I've heard so many people say the excuse "I'm not looking for anyone right now" and the next week they're in a relationship. At some point, I realized that I was the problem. :/

I can't wait to move out of this shitty town so I can meet someone and finally feel happy about myself.

There are two girls who I genuinely like (bc I see them frequently and appreciate certain things about their personalities. Plus, they're both cute.) One seems to like me; I know the other does. I can't date either of them... Or anyone else. Not now.

In response to you Eric, I was in the exact same boat. 21 and never really been in a relationship with a guy, just those casual dates/hook-ups over the course of three years (not many might I add).
My advice to you may sound silly, but get the grindr app and meet people on there. I've met the guy I'm currently seeing on there, and its been amazing. I never expected Grindr to be anything more than a hookup, but if you state what you want on there clearly, you can avoid that. You can actually meet decent people on there. I was seeing this guy for a week, but it wasn't working out because we were at different levels; by next week, I was seeing the guy I'm seeing now. That has never happened to me before, I feel like a whore lol but you get my point.
