-- Isis the Amazon, the six foot nine woman who was to have appeared as the protégé of Vickie Guerrero on the third season of WWE's NXT, wrestled a dark match against Florida independent women's wrestler Leva Bates prior to last night's TNA Impact taping in Orlando, Florida. Though her in-ring abilities are considered terrible, the feeling is that she will be used on television for at least the short-term.

sadly it's the same dumb stunt wwe tried to use to capitalize on her size and it can help get views because it's somewhat unique because you don't normally see females that's tall but eventually the novelty of it will wear off her poor wrestling skilsl will get her released probably.

eeehhh horrible move, i'd prefer the green and inexperienced Leva and Niya over Isis.....like seriously...one move away from being nicole bass bad -_-

It reminds me a bit of when they hired Rosie Lottalove for the novelty value and that worked out well. My major gripe about TNA is their use of anyone vaguely associated with WWE.

Though her in-ring abilities are considered horrible, the feeling is that she will be offered at least a short-term role with TNA Wrestling. However, the Pro Wrestling Torch reports today that the organization's female performers, the TNA Knockouts, collectively made it clear backstage at this week's television tapings that they would not work with her if she is signed.

Company sources indicate Isis garnered major heat amongst the locker room due how she carried herself at the tapings, as if she is already a "big star" in the wrestling industry.

"I've never seen a guy or a girl rub the locker room this much the wrong way," said a TNA employee.
