There are TOO many women that deserve an HOF inductions before Sunny. Alundra Blayze, Judy Martin, Lelani Kai, Miss Elizabeth, just to name a few.

As much as i would love Judy Martin, Joyce Grable, The Glamour Girls etc

I'm happy with the choice. She doesn't often get recognized for what she's changed in wrestling and i'm super happy for her.

I was looking forward to this day and i'm happy to see it in frutition.

Original Diva my ass, she never really was wrestling she was more of a valet, i think she gives herself too much credit, Sable should DEF be in the hall of fame, look at all her acomplishments, she wrestleed, playboy, amanged, the unforgetable feud with steph, i mean Sable should have been there way before Sunny. Sunny is too cocky, she needs to be humbled. She may be an original Valet not diva, a diva is eye candy who gets in the ring and wrestle, call me crazy but sunny doesnt fit that profile.

Again Sunny was not JUST a valet. She was doing commentary (NO woman in wrestling did that before) she was doing backstage segments, she was an actual mouth piece for her wrestlers (while girls like Marlena and Ms. Elizeth stood there and looked pretty and got involved, Sherri was the ONLY girl that also did this.). She basicly introduced what Trish, Torrie, Stacy did in the WWE which is outside the ring promotional work. (Advets, magazines etc).

My BEST quote for Sunny has always been, she has done nothing for women's wrestling but her contribution to women in wrestling was a lot more then they gave her credit for. Ivory doing commentary on heat and The WWE Experience, Divas doing commentary at ringsides.....all those doors, opened by what Sunny has done before in the past. She did these things while other girls never did.

I also love Sunny because i feel i'm often misunderstood like her by many. And often all good that I do is often overlooked due to all the "bad" i do.

Lol there are about 15 women i would prefer.....but I won't deny her contribution to women in wrestling and will be happy she is honored for it.

Cant be happy when i feel she doesnt deserve it...

Kevin I think Sunny is moreso overrated than Underrated. She was always bragged about being the original diva and WWE obviously treated her that way, bringing her back at certain points, such as Ric Flair's retirement and stuff.

Overrated in WWE/The press's eyes. If Miss Elizabeth can be one of the most overrated on that list a while back, so can Sunny lol.

If anything, Sunny is the reason we have shit diva matches these days and focus on bikinis and models.

Considering that "garbage" was what we got from 1998-9 with Sable as champ, all the bikini title matches and evening gown matches, yes.

sorry, you cant blame something that happened a decade ago for whats happening now. if thats the case, Hogan is the reason why WWE is PG when back in the day, kids played a HUGE role in the audience and it wasnt PG. Sunny is not the reason why the divas today cant fucking wrestle, sorry, you can be blind and not realize it all you want

Why not? Sunny is the reason they are referred to as "divas" and not womens wrestlers, or even women for that matter. Before Sunny, we had women like Elizabeth and Sherri, who were respected and weren't taking anything away from the women who wrestled. However after Sunny, WWE seemed to get it in their heads that divas should just look pretty and be sexy in the ring, as thats what would bring the ratings in, because thats why Sunny got over.

Notice how WWE gave the attention to Sable, Miss Kitty, even Terri out of the ring, rather than put over Jacqueline or Ivory any further. Sunny influenced this change just as people like Lita and Chyna influenced women to be more extreme and "out there". The Sunny trend is still present with many of the divas today. We can't sit there and say how much Sunny did for wrestling, than blatantly ignore that the actual thing she did do for wrestling, more focus on sexyness, isn't existant in WWE today. If you can't see that, then she mustn't be that worthy of being in the HOF, if everything she did is lost today.
