| Subject: American Idol Rules Wednesday, 'Criminal Minds Supect Behavior' Rises, and more Ratings! Thu 17 Mar 2011, 8:52 pm | |

The Daylight Savings Time shift continued to impact ratings on Wednesday night with overall TV usage down about 4 percent from last week. Fox’s American Idol (22.2 million viewers, 7.4 preliminary adults 18-49 rating) was way out in front, yet dipped 9 percent.
CBS placed second for the evening with Survivor (10.6 million, 3.1) hitting a series low and Criminal Minds (13.7 million, 3.6) steady. But newcomer Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior (10.4 million, 2.6) went against the overall trend for the night and rose 18 percent to win 10 p.m.
ABC aired repeats and a steady-but-low Mr. Sunshine (4.6 million, 1.8) and Off the Map (4.2 million, 1.4).
NBC’s Minute to Win It (3.3 million, 0.9) — it’s tough to believe that this game show scored a 3.0 rating in the 9 p.m. hour only a month or so ago. Last night’s episode dipped to a series low.
The CW ran a modest America’s Next Top Model (2 million, 0.8) and Shedding for the Wedding (1 million, 0.4). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What do you watch on Weds?
