Sega has revealed a brand new Sonic the Hedgehog game via Sonic's
Facebook page (Dr. Robotnik friend request -- rejected). A short teaser
trailer depicts Sonic running through a sparsely colored sequence of
checkered hills and loops, before meeting up with an old pal. Classic
Sonic is back, pudge and all! Also, we hate to worry you, but it looks
like he's been cloning himself.
The game is expected to arrive on
Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 sometime in 2011. We're sure to see more
before the blue speed demon's 20th birthday.
