Jeff Hardy vs Rob Van Dam, Invasion 2001
This was sort of the Cena - Punk feud of the time with how the audience was divided. Jeff, the face, had the support of the ladies and little kids, while RVD, the heel, much to JR's obvious surprise (He tries to downplay the chants) has the support of the adult males.

Macho Man Randy Savage with Sensational Sherri vs Ultimate Warrior, Wretlemania 7
Since I referred to Miss Elizabeth's Crowning Moment of Awesome in another thread where she brought the house down and stole Wrestlemania, here it is. The crowd's reaction makes this.

Psycho Sid vs Bret Hart, Raw, 3-17-97
This cage match for the WWF Championship began the Attitude Era. Wrestlemania was less than a week away, where Sid was set to face the Undertaker, with Bret set to face Austin. So, both Stone Cold and the Undertaker wanted their Wrestlemania opponent to go into it as Champion.
What followed was genuinely shocking, and changed everything.
