It wouldn't be the first time. Back in the '90s, the WWF had this sort of relationship with USWA and ECW. The three promotions even had a crossover storyline at one point.
Jacqueline's first appearance on WWF TV was a segment in one of those talent shares with USWA, playing a character named Wynona...
