Season Two for Tough Enough Happening? Female Trainer Discussion.

I like the concept of Tough Enough and I would love to see it go another season. As for the female trainer, I wouldn't want Trish to do it again. Michelle would be really good. She was an incredible athlete. I also think it would be cool to bring someone back like Molly Holly or Ivory (although, I don't know if they'd do it).

I really enjoyed TE but can't stand Michelle so wouldn't want her featured . Someone like Nattie or Beth would be good and that wag a diva from the current roster would benefit from the exposure.

I wouldn't mind another season. No Michelle though. Ivory or Molly would be great. I would def. prefer Molly. But if Michelle is a trainer, no damn way I'll ever tune in to it.

Michelle would be a good trainer but you could have two female trainers as well. Molly Holly has had experience training the Nitro Girls so that would be a good idea

Maria is a 6 year veteran, Velvet sky is a 9 year veteran.....doesn't exactly mean they deserve to be teachers either.

Bill DeMont is known his whole career as a ruthless trainer.

Trish is a home grown talent success story, had to learn everything and turn herself into a huge star. Which happened.

To this day, Michelle has YET to do a 3 star promo, she has YET to have a succesfull run in the WWE as a singles wrestler (notice her only success came when she was in a pairing) as a singles superstar, she never made it.

When they have a TE focusing on Tag Teams, then give Michelle a call, she might have a say or two, how to become a WWE superstar? A true Diva? She doesn't have anything to say since she never had success as one.

No one within WWE seems to think Michelle made it on anything bar merit. No one seems to think she slept her way to the top, only those outside WWE seem to think that.

Although not the perfect candidate for a TE trainer, she is an ideal candidate. She does have some talent, some charisma and knows what its like to be a Main Eventer (or as close as you can be for a Diva).

How do we know what people in the WWE think of Michelle and how she got pushed?? How many divas in recent years got as many repeated pushes as her, despite little to no reaction from the crowd. None I can think of and the fact she's married to one of the top stars has to have something to do with it. I can't stand her but will admit she's a pretty good wrestler. However she would make awful TV as has no warmth about her at all.

As for Trish vs Michelle, Michelle is probably technically slightly better but Trish has had better matches and was overall more entertaining. Trish was fantastic on the mic while Michelle was sub par at best. Trish is more marketable, has more mainstream appeal and a much larger fanbase. In conclusion Trish is much better than Michelle as an overall performer and I don't care for either lady that much.

Someone knows what i mean, eventually 4 years after failed and failed and even more failed attempts of being pushed, the fans reacted a little. but NO woman in the WWE got as much chances as Michelle did. Once it went bad, they were reduced to jobbers. Michelle on the other hand got many chances.

Whilst there is no way to guarantee, people within WWE have said before that Michelle was not pushed because of her marriage.

Let's go back in history, Gail Kim, great hype from her peers, Ivory was pushing to get her signed, getting her called up. They tossed the title on her, she had 3 matches with some botches, they tossed her aside and remained Molly's sidekick forever.

Candice Michelle, returned from an injury, matches were bad...well much worse than that, tossed her aside for Mickie.

Alicia Fox, crowned champ, had a few bad promo's, crowd didn't care. Got tossed aside for Melina.

Michelle wasn't over after her school teacher return, wasn't over in her face turn taking on the MOST OVER heel Jillian, then failed to get over after the love triangle that got build to perfection. She failed to get over.

She has been the biggest Fail after all her pushes...even while feuding with Maria and Gail Kim, nothing. If it was ANY other woman, they wouldn't have put much effort.

I DO believe she had backstage help from taker, Like i said, eventually she managed to get semi-over. Which i truly believe was due to her improvements in the ring and becoming a decent-ish wrestler...but Taker had something to do with her being relevant while not having much success with the crowd.

Notice how they never moved her full time on Raw, even when Raw needed all the help they could. And all the diva's dissapointment when moving to SD? Since they knew...if you wasn't feuding with michelle, you weren't doing anything.

Personally, I believe that she was helped up a couple of steps by her relationship with Taker, but she was with Taker for a good long while before her major push. Plus, there is no proof Taker helped her get anywhere.

The fact there is no proof (or if there is, I haven't seen it) that Taker helped her career at all means we have to assume she got her spot on merit, regardless of our opinions, all of which are valid.

I will maintain my opinion that she is an ideal candidate for a trainer on Tough Enough, for the above stated reasons.

Your statements are completely contradictory. You said her relationship with Taker helped her climb the ladder but then that he didn't help her at all get where she was at the end of the career . Again cite another diva that's got so many repeated pushes for no reason who's not affiliated with a top superstar.

Ugh who the fuck cares about HOW she got a push. Fact is the division wasn't as MUCH of a joke with McCool having SOME pull backstage and I really don't care about the not putting anyone over nonsense because Layla and Natalya (late 2010 was owning the shit out of Laycool) beg to differ. She even had great matches with Gail, Melina and Maryse (her only great matches mind you) oh and she was a carrying machine <3

As far as divas go, she was SUCCESSFUL (mic skills? she was alright and being a fan fave or not means shit) so being a TRAINER isn't entirely out of the question.

I don't see how "putting over" other divas since every diva that went through LayCool turned into jobbers or fired for the rest of their SD career.

Maryse was the ONLY lucky one who got moved to Raw before Michelle could burry her.

And for the record, Taker and McCool have been dating since Melina's first run on Smackdown, which was back in 2005, about the end of 2005, months before her WWE return. Oddly about when she started being pushed as SD top Heel after Melina's departure.

I agree with lucky 7 and chloe michelle was like the john cena of the divas we couldnt go one ppv with michelle not on the card.I also blame her and taker for that awful WM 25 Diva Battle royal when we was supposed to have Maryse vs Melina.

First they demoted Kristal and went on with a Ashley vs. Michelle feud, adding both their tag teams into it. This was about June 2006.

Then she suffered an injury. She was randomly brought back, this time Feuding with the most over heel in the WWE at that time when it came to the divas. Which was Jillian Hall. Her feud with Jillian was supposed to help her get over as a face. This was about 3 months after her injury. She was being pushed over Torrie Wilson at this time. Who we all know was smackdowns poster girl.

Despite Jillian being this HUGE heat magnet, Michelle managed to still not be over. This was around march 2007. She even got a Win in a battle Royal eliminating Melina (Who was then Women's Champion) even the Nr. 1 contender Candice Michelle was tossed out earlier. Imagine that, she got a win, (something Candice could have done, being the nr. 1 contender and all) AND eliminating the champ.


In June WWE decided to try YET another attempt to push Michelle. This time with promo video's proclaiming her "The all American Girl". She returned battling a fresh and comedic Victoria.

They tossed her on Chuck Pulumbo's arm. Knowing well he was going to turn on her. putting them ina feud with Kenny & Victoria. This started out in September and around october they started teasing a break up and added Jamie Noble into the mix.

Creating a storyline that got girls like Torrie Wilson, Stacey Kiebler, Molly Holly, Trish Stratus, Chyna, Sable, Lita and many more have benefited from. Which is a Love triangle. If you can name a diva that hasn't benefitted froma storyline like this....tell me. Chuck even smacked her a few times and the medics had to carry her out and FUNNY enough, the crowd cared more about Jamie Noble getting beat down than Chuck smacking Michelle.

This heated rivalry lasted about 5 months, with Noble eventually dumping Michelle in feb 2008.


From Her return in June of 2006 to Feb 2008, Michelle would be the ONLY diva to be featured EVERY WEEK including Raw & ECW appearanced. (Missing 2 weeks in june 2007, 3 months for her injury from Nov 2006 to March 2007) and the 2 weeks in april 2007 for her random face turn.

She hasn't missed a day of TV aside from those.

THEN she was being pushed again as Natalya's newest rival and Michelle would continue to dominate ONLY Smackdown since.

Your kidding if you think her real push started in 2008. She was being build from since her return from DSW and pushed over other women who were just getting thier feet wet and burrying the best of the best.

Actually yes, WWE had Natalya, ANgel Williams, Krissy Vaine, Shantelle Taylor, Tracy Taylor all under contract all that time.

I am really a fan of Michelle. She is on of the better diva's WWE has had recently. Her promo ability was less than stellar, but her in ring ability made up for it.

Actually, Mickie was being pushed straight to the Women's Championship from her first appearance on Raw. That wouldn't have worked if the Women's Championship was moved to SD and away from all the women wrestlers. Melina debuted on SD to establish her character somewhere she could have airtime, but was always going to go to Raw when the time came to make her a Championship contender.

SD was fine for a Diva at the time if she was just going to be eye candy, but not if she was going to be a wrestler. For proof, since you mentioned Torrie, there was this Diva match she was in at Wrestlemania 22 with Candice. Did Candice benefit from the Torrie rub on the biggest stage in the business? Not really, because at that same Wrestlemania, Raw offered another Diva match: Trish vs Mickie. Being a Raw wrestling Diva was much better for Mickie than feuding with Torrie would have been.

Raw put two Diva matches on that WM, SD had none. Raw not only supplied the Diva wrestling match, but the pure eye candy match, as well. That's how much Michelle and the rest of the SD Divas were being "pushed" at the time.

Hell, Michelle didn't even rate her own theme song for a while. She got a hand me down from Torrie when Torrie got a fresh new one (after her move to Raw, of course).

Raw put 2 matches at Wrestlemania that year BECAUSE SD had no Face Divas.

Stacey Kiebler left late 2005, Christy Hemme was fired november 2005.
THE ONLY divas left were Melina, Jillian Hall, Kristal Marshall (Who was an interviewer at that time) and Sharmell.

Plus Kristal was interviewing and both Sharmell and Jillian were featured in matches as well and aligned with top names. We didn't see any divas match on SD until Kristal Started wrestling and Ashley's move to SD and Michelle's eventual re-debut. Irronically when they heard the theme song the fans went crazy until Michelle came out and the cheers subdued.

Which proves even more that Michelle wasn't being pushed at all at the time. SD was where you didn't want to be if you were a Diva. And Michelle was the one who was banished there the longest.

Like Melina, Like Jillian, everyone was being build and put together to be moved to Raw.

Why is it that Michelle is the ONLY diva in the WWE since Dawn Marie to never be moved from Smackdown to Raw? It's rather weird to hear ANY diva have a whole career ONLY on SD.

Also since Melina's debut, Smackdown has been one of the most fun places to be. We actually got a vareity of Divas fued instead of everyone vs. Torrie Wilson.

Just want to point out that I wasn't be contradictory. I said I believed it was down in part to Taker, but emphasized that I had no facts to back that claim up.
