I'm sure Jacqueline defended her first WWF Women's Title against Molly Holly on Sunday Night Heat.

And I am also pretty sure the Fabulous Moolah defended her belt against Mae Young on SD.

I also thought Lita defended her belt more than 5 times so I'll get back on that..

Add another title defense for Trish's 1st reign because she beat Jazz at the Royal Rumble in 2002.

Trish's second reign should also have one more defense since she won against Jacqueline for the belt on Raw. I just saw that match and posted it in the wrestling match section.

For Molly's first reign I know for a fact she beat Torrie Wilson on SD in July or something. I have that recorded on an old tape. And I find it hard to believe she didn't defend against Trish in that period.. :-/

For Trish's third title reign add a successful title defense against Jacqueline and Molly in a triple threat match. She won with the Stratusfaction on both of them!

So that is a lot of things to edit in there.. From the reigns you have down so far [up to Victoria at SvS 02] I would say Ivory's 3rd reign, Lita's 1st, and Trish's 1st were probably the best.

Of course my personal favorite was Lita's. <3

Lita had seven, just got too lazy to find the others lol, its so tiresome looking through the archives of EVERY week.

The Mae/Moolah match ended in no contest so no defence.

A title defense still counts if it ends in DQ/countout etc.

Just put how it ended and then people can judge how well they felt about that champ.

I don't think it is still up but OWOW used to be great for looking at history of women in wwf/e.

What are you looking at to get your stats?

I know, but it wasn't even DQ it was a no contest so no one won.

I'm looking on Obsessed with Wrestling, which isn't the most fun way.

Yeah, during the 2001-06 Era, they defended the title on Raw and Heat a lot. And then there's the special shows like Taboo Tuesday and the like. That's why Terri, Nidia, and especially Stacy got so many title shots. The Women's Championship was the most regularly defended belt around, for a time.

They tended to save the main feud title matches for the PPVs, but the Champ would be defending against everybody else on the broadcast shows. It was a formula with Terri. She'd get put in a match on Raw with one of the participants in the main title feud, would lose, then the other girl in the main feud would run in. You could count on it if Terri's music hit. smile
