Why Do some people hate or dont care for womens wrestling?

Why do some people hate or dont care for womens wrestling?.Is it because they just dont care for womens sports or just not interesting enough?

Don't hate it. I hate the mainstream garbage. Especially in WWE! These girls are terrible.

The Indy female wrestlers just need more exposure. Most are great wrestlers. Many are gorgeous. Unfortunately, as long as they don't have enhanced fake boobs... they won't get the time of day.

Sad thing is, TNA and WWE claim to know what we want... they're so fucking clueless.

Many feel it's boring and pointless and think women are only good for Valeting.

theres nothing wrong with Female wrestling I just dont find it as interesting.

Someone right off the bat that comes to mind that is perfect in Mainstream pro wrestling is someone like Sarita. She has the look (damn sexy if you ask me.) She can go in the ring - and is versatile. She can valet. She isn't half bad on the mic.

It's okay, to doll her up a little, but when wrestling takes a backseat to shitty cat-fighting... people begin taking bathroom breaks or turn the channel. If I want to see that shit, I can watch Jersey Shore or some porn.

They aren't given a chance to be interested in these characters or women.

All we know this diva is jealous of some other diva for god knows what reason.

WWE is depending on their looks and that'just not cutting it.

Yeah, that's the point.

Pure wrestling isn't going to do it - and modeling sure as hell isn't doing it. I think the reason TNA's KOs division is doing well right now is characters + looks + decent matches as opposed to no personalities + looks + shitty matches that WWE is producing with the Divas.

But, hey, it is what it is. Don't care tbh.

And keep in mind, the knockouts are used on a regular basis.

The Bella Twins dissapear every week. What have they done since losing the championship?

AJ, Kaitlyn, Tamina, Alicia Fox...all these girls show up once ever 4 weeks.

You can't like a person if you constantly forget they are around.

They do poor work of keeping their women relevant. They don't do ANYTHING aside from tagging along in tag matches or jobbing.

The Women's Division is basically the ONLY role for women in the WWE.

Look at Sarita and Rosita, sure we haven't seen them wrestle in a while BUT they are used regularly, they are used every week with Mexican America. We seem them regularly they don't dissapear and become irrelevant.

All the girls HAVE character, Brooke, Velvet, Tara, Mickie, Traci all faces...BUT we can tell em all apart. Madison Rayne, still a gem and doesn't need a championship to be relevant. She was kept off TV due to personal issues for a while, shé back and the crowd STILL hates her.

Madison, Winter, Angelina, Karen, Sarita, Rosita all heels, but hey they are all diffrent,

Jackie and ODB...still up in the air which team they play for but even so...diffrent than the other girls.

There isn't much diffrence in Kelly, Eve, AJ, Kaitlyn or Alicia Fox atm...aside from their looks. All cute, bubbly fan lovin babyfaces.

WWE hasn't let their women do much outside of the division....which is also hurting them.

To most people in the States, pro wresting is WWE, period. So, interest in women wrestling depends on how interesting the women in WWE doing it are.

2000-07, people were interested. You had these different women who had their own looks and characters. Now, aside from the DoD and the NXT girls, we've got a roster full of lighter versions of Torrie Wilson. They're either cute, bubbly, Face Torrie, or vain, bitchy, Heel Torrie. Kelly's the Torriest of the Torries, but...

One Torrie is great. Over a dozen of them, not so much.

First of all, the company has to give a damn about them.

Example: Giving the women ONE two-minute match per night, some half-baked storyline, etc.

Part of it can be blamed on the booking, and part of it can be blamed on the hiring (i.e. models with zero experience on the indy circuit).
