According to several backstage sources, WZ has learned that WWE currently has plans to feature "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan, Road Dogg Jesse James, and Road Warrior Animal as three surprise entrants in this year's Royal Rumble match.
We previously reported that Duggan canceled an appearance at a GCW event this Sunday, which fueled speculation that he would be making an appearance at the Rumble.
We were also told that Road Dogg is expected to be amongst the final 10 entrants in the match. Of course plans can always change - and they appear to have since we were last told WWE did not intend to feature many outside/surprise names this year - but as of this writing the above names are likely for the Rumble match on Sunday. | |

| having them in the rumble is pointless. there is never a point in watching someone wrestling if you know they aren't winning. the only surprises that ever win these rumbles, or return from injury early surprises like Cena and Edge, not I haven't wrestled in WWE for a decade surprises | |

| Like I said earlier I don't mind certain people coming back but I would have needed to like them a little bit in the past for me to really care about their return this year or in any future Rumble.
I never cared for Hacksaw or Animal and Road Dogg was just so so to me. Of course none of them will win and they shouldn't but just because someone has no shot of winning imo I don't think they should not be in the Rumble.
Only certain guys each year have a shot of winning the Rumble so if people want to completely not care for the others [say 25 guys that year] then I guess they don't like the RR because that only leaves them 5 guys to care about since only a handful can legitimately win. | |

| Duggan is the only one I'm not that interested in. Road Dogg was my favourite member of the original DX after X-Pac, and I liked LoD, and always prefered Animal over Hawk. | |

| the point isnt whether tyson has stardom but he has a chance to gain it taking the view that wrestling is real not scripted. santino nearly won last year for example.
