Former WWE Diva meets current TNA Knockout as five-time WWE champion Melina will face former Knockouts Champion, Velvet Sky, it has been announced.

Melina, along with John Morrison, will make their debuts for Northeast Wrestling in March and Melina is due to face off with Velvet in the latter’s return to the company.

The pair will face off on March 23rd in Poughkeepsie, New York and again on March 24th in Waterbury, Connecticut.

Given Melina’s popularity in WWE and Velvet’s popularity in TNA, this has the makings of a big match-up.

I would not say I am that interested in seeing this match however if it makes its way online I'd watch it.

I am not a fan of Velvet in the ring and would much rather see Melina face someone else from TNA like Sarita, Madison Rayne, or Angelina Love. :-/
