Are Michelle McCool and Maryse Diva Legends?

Michelle McCool has Held Multiple Diva Title runs and Women's Title Runs as well.And Maryse has held the divas title twice and is the longest diva to held the divas championship.Does that make them legends now?

Michelle McCool maybe. Maryse is a definite no though.

I think McCool was certainly one of the most successful divas of her time period but legend idk. She may need [and could] come back to have another run so maybe that will help her cause and even then it wouldn't be for a long time.

Maryse is an easy no. Her record for most days as champion is likely going to be beat by Beth [and even if it never was it wasn't like it was that long or memorable..]

Records like those are good but they are sorta easy to break especially if the longest reign for a belt is < 300 days. McCool's records can't be taken away: First ever Divas Champ, first to win the Divas Title and Women's Title, and the woman who unified both the Women's and Divas Titles. I mean unless they bring back the Women's Title and go the unification route again her three records can't be taken away or equaled.

Maryse was like inactive from television for a month or two from her first reign anyway and barely even defended it.

Hate McCool or not, but she does have the records to be a legend some day.

And Michelle technically isn't able to have the "held both the divas championship and womens championship consequetively" to her name as Layla was technically the womens champion, Michelle was just fighting the match on behalf of Layla. Michelle never "won" the womens title by winning the unification match, she only won the divas championship. Only Layla could've had that feat if she won the match.

I thought changing and revolutionizing Women's wrestling was what gave you the honor of Legend status.

Michelle basically did what all the other divas did, win championships, nothing Michelle has done in her career sets hr apart from all the other girls she was with.

McCool? Maybe.
Maryse? Next question.

The reason why I said these two is because they did make an impact with the divas title.Michelle for being the first ever divas champ and maryse for holding it the longest.But it's not really about the title it's about making statements and being different.Rember these are DIVA legends not Women Of Wrestling Legends.

McCool was a big part of the division, Maryse was there to show off her pretty face.

Not a big McCool fan, but at least she was relevant.

but neither one of them did. also, a legend is a legend regardless of their stature in wrestling. thats like saying Mysterio is only a legend in the cruiserweight division but thats it. McCool and Maryse arent legends, shouldnt be considered legends

McCool most likely, though i'd love for them to wait and induct her and Layla together as LayCool. they were a heel duo booked well which is almost legendary these days

In my opinion, Maryse won't ever be considered a legend. Memorable, yes, but never a legend.

Michelle, I'm not sure. She was, without a doubt, one of the most successful diva's of the 2000's. Although she came from the Diva Search, she really proved that she could get in the ring and work a very solid match. While she might not be the legend status, I can see her being in the Ivory and Molly Holly category.

I think both of them will definatly be remembered, Maryse as she played the bitchy heel role so well, and she is one of the hottest divas ever IMO. Michelle even though I dont like her, held the division together, and she really improved when paired with Layla. I feel that
WWE could of worked on Maryse's character more rather than pairing her with Ted DiBaise. As for Michelle, she did have some good matches, but she was overpushed and I dont want her back now, as there are other divas here deserve a push.
