| The Miz is set to star in WWE's Marine: Homefront. The movie will begins hooting in Vancouver in June. John Cena starred in the previous Marine film.
At one point, John Cena was considered for the movie with the idea that he would pick back up where the first Marine movie left off. At the time, the idea behind Cena returning to the series was that it would be similar to Bruce Willis and the Die Hard franchise.
Names that had been tossed around for the starring role included CM Punk, The Miz, JTG, Cody Rhodes and a few others.
