| I understand the 'Concussional' Awareness deal.. but when you have a professional who has practiced it over and over, I personally have no issue with it. Accidents are going to happen with every move. | |

but i mean Orton has done it a billion times over, as Bob said, so i dont see why NOW they wanna ban it. Not like he tried it once and fucked up so bad they needed to ban it.

| tbh I am not that fussed either....I always get a little miffed when someone has a move that is considered a "finisher!" when it is used all the time.
some examples. Test using the Big Boot to win matches, yet Kane, Big Show, Taker never win with them
Mickie, Maryse, Lita using DDTs yet someone like Rock never won with his.

| That's a very solid point.
That being said, I haven't even noticed that he stopped using it, so meh! I can definitely understand this on WWE's part. The issue with concussions continues to be a growing problem in pro sports. With all the recent studies indicating the long-term effects of having a concussion, it's smart to try limiting the odds of someone getting one.
WWE can ill-afford another Chris Benoit situation. | |
