Tara vs Tessmacher for Knockouts Title at No Surrender

This TNT may just explode — BFFs and tag partners, Tara and Brooke Tessmacher, will face off for the Knockouts Title this Sunday at the No Surrender pay per view, it has been revealed.

TNA confirmed the bout for Sunday’s card in a press conference call earlier today.

The match comes after Tara defeated Brooke in a friendly non-title match two weeks ago on Impact Live. Brooke called out her mentor and partner for the match on Open Fight Night, wanting to prove to herself and the world that she could defeat the veteran Knockout and multi-time champion. However, it was not to be as veteran Tara managed to pin her protege clean in the ring, thus scoring herself a Knockouts Championship match.

With a big title match and a pay per view spotlight, the TNT friendship will likely be tested — and could possibly come to an end this Sunday at No Surrender.
