- Former WWE star Dustin "Goldust" Rhodes is back at it telling fans to contact WWE and tell them they want to see a Goldust vs. Cody Rhodes match. He tweeted last night:

I'd love it if it happened, but it's doubtful the WWE will use a Wrestlemania match on Goldust.. of course, they used one on Cole and Lawler, so it's possible.

The only problem with this match happening is that Cody doesn't need a loss at this point in his career.

Well considering this is scripted entertainment, Goldy could bury Cena and become world champion at wrestlemania.

and thinking logically, that wouldnt happen...although Goldust WAS supposed to get a title feud with Cena back in like 2007 but that never happened

Thinking logically has gotten us Hornswoggle as Anon GM, Kevin Federline defeating Cena and much much more. So I don't think logic can be used in the WWE anymore.

He would have buried Cena? The last person to bury Cena is probably Lesnar or Undertaker in 2003.

No ones really buried Cena, the feud with Undertaker he ended up winning because that led to a feud for Taker with A-Train.

Also, LOL what? Goldust was never a big name to bury Cena...EVER. Not sure if trolling.

Point is you'd have to look back to '02 or '03 to find the last time he was remotely buried, lost a feud or looked bad. I don't count his loss to Punk because they weren't feuding at the time and the build-up was minimal. I'm also not gonna count the loss to Rock bc that is still an ongoing feud, which has been dragged out.
