I thinking about getting one of the new pokemon games, are they any good?

I started Modern Warfare 3 last night. Quite a hilarious gameplay I had. Scared by the same plant twice and shot at it like crazy both times. Oh dear.

Yes they are.

I really have not played much [have 2 badges atm] but that is because I've been busy and when I have free time I try to watch stuff while playing my DS so I don't want to do that with the new game since I want to read/see it all..

I recently started over on Pokemon Platinum so I multi-task by watching Big Brother 3, wrestling stuff, WSHH, etc while playing that game since I don't care to read that stuff since I've started over on that version 10+ times.

Anyways I would totally recommend the new games and any recent Pokemon game for that matter.

Black 2/White 2 got a 9.6/10 from IGN so I think that says a lot.

same thing happened to me with Resident Evil 6....got scared by the same silly objects and actually screamed...then shot at it. Zombies popping up all over...

Have you started the story modes?

I didn't preorder this year; priorities are different. I'll get a copy sometime after the holidays.

WWE 13, got my copy last friday.

F1 2012 is the game of the moment. I suck at some tracks, but at least I'm good at most of them.

Mount and Blade: Warband. Great game.

Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion. Also a great game.

All on PC.

story mode doesnt interest me. i only been playing Exhibition matches with my bf and then doing Universe mode. I need to finish my CAWs though.

I haven't been able to take WWE 13 out of my PS3.

I had been playing Smackdown vs Raw 2008 for my 360. I don't have many games for the 360, and I don't have Live so most of my games are pretty useless because I'm not a huge fan of single player story modes.

At the moment, F1 2010 and Mass Effect 2 are the games I'm playing.

Its like Mario Kart, except with F1 racers

F1 Race Stars should be fun then, I've enjoy Mario Kart.

I dabbled in Kinect last night, was interesting to say the least.

Wet for PS3. I'm loving it.

Like Silva, I too have started playing Skyrim again. Except I haven't downloaded any DLC yet. I hadn't actually finished it so I went back and finished it, now I'm just doing some interesting side quests to keep me occupied.

I played The Walking Dead over Christmas, that was a good game, enjoyed that.

Played WWE 13 for the first time today, my god its good. Never enjoyed a WWE game quite so much, and I only played it for an hour, maybe a tad more.

Level 20 Imperial. Finished the game at Level 18.

Also have a Level 4 Wood elf that I've not really done anything with.

I got it last February and got to Skuldafn Temple but didn't go any further, played other games for about six months, went back and started as a Wood Elf. After I finished my exams I went back to my original save and finished the game.

Joined the Companions, I think I joined the College of Winterhold too. Haven't found Theives Guild (although I know its in Riften) and haven't found the Dark Brotherhood either, no idea where that is. I've started the Bards College though and at some point will do the Blades quest.

I intend to get the DLC at some point, can't afford it at the moment, not even with the Steam Winter Sale on. Heartfire interests me most though, cos then I can play through it a bit differently, focussing on raising a family rather than going through the story. Dawnguard and Dragonborn do look awesome though and I will play them at some point.

From a DLC point of view though, Skyrim isn't the number one on the list, Mass Effect 3 and the Omega DLC is. Its the only ME3 DLC I'm missing and as I started a new game on ME3 recently I want to get Omega and go back to it.

With very little in the way of game diversity you can devote a lot of time to individual games, thats true.

I know Hearthfire doesn't have any quests, but that doesnt concern me. Its a different element to the game and thats the interesting thing. There's plenty of quests to keep me going without Dawnguard and Dragonborn. Skyrim is my second most played game on Steam (after F1 2011) and I haven't even scratched the surface, and I know I can at least double my play time (which stands at about 55 hours) and still have a lot of serious quests to do.

But theres tons of games I play a lot. Skyrim, F1 2010, 2011 and 2012, Pole Position 2012, MotoGP 08, Sins of a Solar Empire, Mass Effect 1, 2 and 3, The Walking Dead and Max Payne 3 are all games I've played a lot recently. Other games I play more sparingingly include the likes of Left 4 Dead 2, Company of Heroes and Warband. So I play a lot, rather than one or two exlcusively. Probably why I haven't logged that much play time on most, roughly 10-12 hours.

And I agree Heartfire was a good addition to the game. Building your own custom house[es] was fun although it took a little while.

Picking which two kids to adopt was a good little side quest too. I just wish I could adopt like 6 of them especially considering my character is so damn rich [I have like 1.5 million gold and plenty of stuff I could easily sell if I need more cash].

Lucky, I can never raise enough funds sustainably. I did a Daedric quest recently and couldn't for the life of me kill this bloody giant, so ended up paying this guy to replace his goat. And I kept getting caught stealing too, so got bountys to pay off. Expenses tended to pile up. And I've killed half the shopowners in Whiterun (not on purpose though) so I can't sell stuff there. I haev a lot of valuable stuff too, jsut can't find people to sell it to.

And yeah, I look forward to building a custom house, raising a family. I think I own Breezehome in Whiterun, but I've not checked it out in ages, I may be wrong. And I also know that cos I have access to the console (as I play on PC) that I could cheat my way for gold, but I'd much rather play it legitimately. Only ever used the console if I ran out lockpicks.

I probably could respawn them with the console but I just generally can't be bothered. I'll live without them. One shop at least has had a replacement shopkeeper, The Drunken Huntsman I think its called. Got nabbed for stealing out of there cos I didn't realise there was a new shopkeeper.

And yeah, there are some glitches that can give masses of experience, and theres some quests which are very short but give you a lot of experience too, I know a lot of people do that, one of my friends among them. Well, a lot of experience at lower levels anyways.

Haha, I know the feeling. I kinda want to paly Skyrim too, but its half 6 here atm so I'll be eating soon and I think family TV will be running through to about half one tomorrow morning, so won't get a chance. But oh well, theres always next year :P
