-- WWE.com is playing up Dolph Ziggler's comments that he will cash in his Money in the Bank contract at the Hell in a Cell PPV. He said on SmackDown's Miz TV segment earlier this month: "When the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view comes to a close, I guarantee I will be the World Heavyweight Champion."
