We will have an official Raw TV rating from Monday's show later this week.

Raw leading into Hell in a Cell averaged a dismal 3.55 million viewers up against Monday Night Football, a Game 7 in the MLB Playoffs, and the final presidential debate.

Raw was down 11 percent compared to last week's viewership and slightly beat the year-low of 3.50 million viewers on October 1.

Hourly Breakdown: 3.58 million first hour viewers, 3.65 million second hour viewers for the peak viewership, and 3.43 million final hour viewers.

Raw's final hour viewership was a year-low, even lower than 3.47 million viewers on October 1. It was the tenth consecutive week where the third hour dropped off from the second hour, reflecting viewer fatigue in the three-hour Raw era.
