TNA Impact on Thanksgiving Thursday, November 22 scored a 0.77 rating, which was down 40 percent from a 1.07 rating the previous week. Impact was down 22 percent compared to last year's Thanksgiving episode.

It was the lowest Thursday night rating in the past six years (dating back to January 2007). The lowest rating during that span was on a Monday night when Impact scored a 0.50 rating during the Monday night experiment in 2010. - Impact averaged 1.19 million viewers, which was down 14 percent compared to the previous week's show. Viewership was not the lowest of the year, though, as the October 11 live episode averaged 1.12 million viewers.

- In the key demographics, Impact scored a 0.61 rating among males 18-49, which was down one-tenth of a rating from the previous week. Also, Impact scored a 0.6 rating among males 18-34, which was also down one-tenth of a rating.

Caldwell's Analysis: Based on this rating, TNA is better off with a Best-of Show on Thanksgiving, as that would probably make wrestling viewers more comfortable watching Impact with family and friends on Thanksgiving, rather than having regular viewers dread what TNA is going to come up with on Thanksgiving after very embarrassing shows in previous years.

No quarter-hour during the show reached or could be rounded to a 1.0 rating. The highest rating was a 0.93 rating in Q6. Impact then fell off a 0.83 rating in Q8 to end the show.
