New Divas, and the Divas amount of training

There is two things being dicussed in this topic answer both..

1.Does WWE need to hire more women since Victoria is retired,Raw and Smackdown lack of heel divas and that certain divas need more training, should they hire women from FCW/OVW,Shimmer,TNA Impact,Indy circuits etc... to fill the spots.

2.Do you think the divas get the right amount of training, do you think they should be trained by indy's circuits coaches instead of FCW/OVW etc.. what divas need more training in your opinion, what women wrestlers should be hired by WWE in your opinion nothing about anyone being fired or quiting.

I think WWE should call some divas from FCW/OVW on to the main roster because Raw is lacking in heels, Smackdown is lacking in heels and ECW just needs more divas period maybe they could call up Jenny Cash, Wesley Holiday and Angela Fong etc... to WWE's main roster

tbh theyre lacking in wrestling skills, they need ppl thatll get a crowd reaction every week instead of a edited one

WELL IF WWE actually give the girls promos or backstage skits then im sure the fans will care. Mickie was the last girl to get character build-up and the fans grew to love her

we have tbp who tend to have a promo each week
odb has her own thing
sojo and raisha are always chatting away
and so is roxxi and taylor atm

wwe rarely lets a woman talk, other then the boses

Because THEY ARE STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!! Half of the divas will be huge by now but WWE refuse to give them mic time

like when mickie had that undeveloped story with cena
whenever they were in the back cena talked and mickie stood there looking hot, and saying some cutsey girly stuff
the women in the wwe get comedic and sexual promos, rarely at that, no match hype building

That Mickie/ Cena story was a waste, Mickie already is over. They could have used Candice in that role though….. Oh wait she was injured…

Kelly Kelly is over too, I don’t know why they tried to do another triangle with Kane and Orton. Thank god that shit was dropped though!

WWE should try to get girls that are not over into these kinds of storylines.

All I know is that I will like for WWE to start hiring divas with wrestling experience. It will be nice to have more divas who can already wrestle. I rather see that then models, No offense to the "models". I Prefer the ones who can WRESTLE. lol

WWE should have NEVER EVER got rid of their developmental deal with OVW...so many top names trained there. IT was a dumb decision in my opinion.

the Diva search was Epic Fail...i tried out for it and all but in all honesty i'd rather get into WWE confident i had some wrestling skill...not for running around in bikinis and such.

^What year did you try out? and did you make it to a casting call? I entered in 04 and I didnt make it past entry. I never got a call back or nothing. I agree with you.
