AJ Vs Kaitlyn At WrestleMania 29 For The Divas Title?

After last night’s tussle and match between former friends AJ Lee and Divas Champion Kaitlyn, rumors have naturally sprung up about the two going head-to-head at WrestleMania.

Though a Divas match has yet to be booked for the Pay Per View, two matches are rumored to have been considered: one with Maria Menounos making a return to the ring, and another featuring the return of several former Divas.

F4WOnline is now reporting that, instead of those options, it’s likely a Divas Championship match between Kaitlyn and AJ will be booked for WrestleMania. If this is the case, both plans for an Eight-Diva Tag Team match and a heel turn for Layla would be nixed as a result.

With one Raw between now and WrestleMania, the match–if not mere rumor–would have to be booked fairly soon.

WrestleMania 29 is less than 12 days away, taking place on Sunday, April 7th.

Would you rather it was a straight up one on one match or to get all the divas on the card make it a lumberjill match [sorta like WM 23 just for the Divas Title instead of the Women's Title]?

I figured they would make a mix tag match with tag and diva title on line.

Oh so now they wanna say we're gonna get Kaitlym vs AJ for the belt because we got Kaitlyn vs AJ last night these news sites I tell you.

That is a really good idea especially considering AJ is obviously linked to Ziggler/Big E and Kaitlyn hates AJ just as much as Bryan/Kane.

It would also kill 2 bird with 1 stone.

AJ/Big E/Ziggler could all walk out with titles!

I don't understand why everyone is so jumpy and happy over an AJ vs Kaitlyn Feud just because they are best friends Dosent mean the feud would be good.

No I am sorry but although I would have loved this MONTHS ago....with 2 weeks til Mania suddenly doing this now is stupid booking wise....the only safe bet for a divas title match would have been Kaitlyn v Layla or a 3 way with Tamina..

Looks Like Layla is now just gonna be in the BG with Natalya and Alicia Fox.

I feel bad for Layla she has totally been booked to seemingly face Kaitlyn next for the belt but it seems the WWE has changed their mind and are going with AJ/Kaitlyn full force in the next 12 days or whatever it is..

Judging by the SD spoilers it seems I was right in AJ/Kaitlyn for Mania..

Now they just need to make the title match official.

If Kaitlyn retains the belt at WM they can always restart the Layla heel turn.

I could see Kaitlyn/Layla against AJ/Tamina on Raw or SD and when Kaitlyn is going for the tag to Layla Layla can just abandon her and allow her to get pinned by AJ.

That would lead to a triple threat at Extreme Rules.

I would expect AJ to win the belt there but maybe Layla could win the Divas Title again at Extreme Rules?

All I know is I want Kaitlyn to drop the belt at WM or Extreme Rules.

AJ doesn't and shouldn't be champion right now. Kaitlyn needs a wrestlemania defence to get respect.

Look what happened when Eve won the title? Nothing. She was massively over and used as a non wrestler and she became champion, the division didn't improve from what it is now or before. Same will happen with AJ.
