Champions become jobbers?

I've noticed a trend that when someone holds a title they either become a jobber during the reign, or afterwards.
Divas Championship- Strong run, once they lose it they job

Michelle McCool (second reign- didn't job, but continually lost)

(team hell no is only exception, all teams within a year prior became jobbers/lost a lot during reign

I agree with a lot of these lists.

Tho I wouldn't consider Layla a jobber, more just not used.

Its NEVER a good idea to make a champion a jobber for example Antonio Cesaro you have a ton of guys in the back they can use but they use him when he faces guys like John Cena,Ryback mostly Ryback it make him look super weak because Ryback mostly dominates him like he is nothing same with John.It makes him look extremely weak.

Also a little off topic by how random is it that Kofi who was jobbing for a few months beats antonio for the title after beating him once on SD.I don't mind Kofi but his title reigns after been easily forgetful.They should bring the cruserweight title back and have Kofi win that I feel like that would suit him best.

Kofi should just go home. His career hasn't gone anywhere since he left the ECW brand.

I think Kofi needs something new maybe a heel turn and a new gimmick he's been dry and stale for a few years now.
