Poehler is using a little-known rule to be able to submit two episodes that aired on different dates. Because "Emergency Response" ends with the words "To Be Continued" at the end of the show and the storyline concludes the following week on "Leslie and Ben," the rulebook says they can be entered together if the nominee chooses.
