Oscars Experts: '12 Years A Slave' + 'Gravity' Still Lead Best Picture Race

"12 Years a Slave" and "Gravity" remain out front in the Oscar race for Best Picture, according to the latest predictions of Hollywood's experts polled by Gold Derby. Neither film got bumped by "American Hustle," which just screened to journalists and industry insiders this past week. Instead, they retained their lead while David O. Russell's latest feature has so far remained in the second tier of Top 10 contenders.

Beware: Not all of Gold Derby's pundits have seen "American Hustle" yet, but there has been no strong surge of support so far among those who have. It now ranks in fifth place:
