| When it was announced that Hellblazer's John Constantine would be getting his own NBC series many fans were concerned that we'd be getting another Americanized version of the character, but according to Bleeding Cool we can rest easy on that front, as whoever ends up in the role, he will be playing a blond haired Brit. The site maintain that although they may not cast a British actor, Constantine will "be a Londoner, and he’s going to talk with his accent." In the comics JC originates from Liverpool and would have a very distinctive Scouse accent - I wouldn't hold out for that! However, this is still very encouraging news. Who do you think would make a great small-screen Constantine?

I saw the movie when it first came out. It wasn't memorable so maybe the tv series will have better luck? | |
