| TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan's lawyer Mark Heller is upset with a Fox News report that she was doing cocaine with her mother. The host of the segment said: "Lindsay Lohan's mom is doing cocaine with her."
Heller wrote a letter to to network, saying it is shocking that Lindsay and Dina were mentioned with various celebrities who died of overdoses. He said the host was trying to say that Lindsay would die too and "maliciously foreshadow to the viewers that the Commentators could 'see it coming.'"
Heller added that these reports create an "emotional weakening" for celebrities who have drug issues.
