The second TNA signing is, as expected, going to turn out to be former ECW World Champion Taz. There were a slew of hints at last night's Lockdown pay-per-view involving Samoa Joe, including Joe wearing Taz' black towel over his face.
TNA also featured a segment at Lockdown where Joe was speaking to someone off camera for advice before going to the ring. When he hit the ring during the Lethal Lockdown match, he unleashed a slew of Tazplexes. So, it appears Taz' role will be something of a manager to Samoa Joe.
The terms of Taz' TNA deal are currently unknown, as are the terms of Bobby Lashley's deal. | |
