TNA Impact on Thursday, January 9 officially scored a 1.18 rating off a first hour 1.18 and second hour 1.18.
Impact was propped up by the first two quarter-hours following the "Cops" lead-in on Spike, got a top-of-the-second-hour bump for Kurt Angle's steel cage challenge, and scored an average rating for the A.J. Styles vs. Magnus title vs. title main event.

Q1: Impact opened with a show-high 1.24 rating following the "Cops" lead-in. The segment included A.J. Styles signing Dixie Carter's one-day contract to face Magnus in the main event, then one commercial.
Q2: Impact stayed above-average with a 1.20 rating for Bro-Mans vs. Eric Young & Joseph Park, various non-wrestling segments, and one commercial.
Q3: Impact continued declining with a 1.16 rating for James Storm and Gunner's in-ring confrontation, Samoa Joe vs. Ethan Carter III, and one commercial.
Q4: Impact hit its low point of the show with a 1.10 rating for various backstage and non-wrestling segments, plus two full commercials.
Q5: Impact got a top-of-the-hour bump to a 1.21 rating for Kurt Angle vs. Bad Influence in a cage match and one commercial.
Q6: The rating dipped to a 1.19 rating for the second steel cage match of the show - Sting vs. Bobby Roode, plus one commercial and Mr. Anderson's latest pre-taped funeral segment with Bully Ray.
