After this issue, only 2 more issues left before my big surprise. I'm sure you'll like it Wink

I Love Money : WWE

Last time on I Love Money : WWE, John Cena eliminated The Great Khali.

Here are the matches for tonight.

MVP vs. Triple H (Dr LL vs. Dr LL)
Curt Hawkins vs. Carlito (AngelMessiah vs. Serial)
JBL vs. Hardcore Holly (Serial vs. AngelMessiah)
Jesse vs. Victoria (LitaIsExtreme vs. NCD)
Brian Kendrick vs. The Boogeyman (NCD vs. LitaIsExtreme)
JTG vs. Rey Mysterio (Hailey vs. I'mSticky4Mickie)

MVP def. Triple H Possum Pin
Carlito def. Curt Hawkins Backstabber
JBL def. Hardcore Holly Powerbomb
Victoria def. Jesse Widow's Peak
The Boogeyman def. Brian Kendrick Boogeyslam
Rey Mysterio def. JTG 619

Who will become PayMaster and who will that person eliminate? I was really impressed with Victoria, being the first Diva to win against a Superstar.

Jeff Hardy Leaving WWE

April 22, 2003 was a very sad day for WWE fans.
That was the day that Jeff Hardy was released from WWE. The company stated that he was released because of his drug issues, while Jeff Hardy stated that he wanted out because he was burnt out.
For 3 years, WWE fans had to watch a product that did not feature Jeff Hardy. For 3 years, WWE fans kept hoping for a return.
Jeff Hardy finally returned to WWE on August 4, 2006. All felt right in the WWE Universe.
A little less than 3 years later, and Jeff Hardy is ready to walk away from WWE.
The Charismatic Enigma has turned in his notice to WWE. He will be walking away from the company when his contract expires this summer.

Before you go running around and yelling that the sky is falling, keep in mind that things aren't completely done.
Jeff Hardy still has 3 months left on his contract (the belief is that his contract expires on August 4, 2009). He will continue to work until the terms of his contract are satisfied.
That also means that WWE still has some time to convince Jeff Hardy to stay. The company desperately wants him to remain, and they've thrown out several offers to get him to sign another contract.
Unfortunately, none of the offers have been enough to get Jeff Hardy to change his mind.

The reason why Jeff Hardy is leaving is pretty simple. He simply does not consider professional wrestling to be a top priority right now.
That's not a knock on him, by any means.
If the guy doesn't feel that professional wrestling is a priority, then he should be free to go pursue whatever else he wants to.
It's a well known fact that he has a passion for music and art. If that's what he wants to spend his days doing, then more power to him.
Wrestling fans constantly forget how difficult of a job it is to be in WWE. Your body is constantly taking a pounding, and you basically live on the road.
The "dream job" aspect of things are slowly chipped away by the fatigue of living that life that requires you to be away from home for 75% of the year.

Most wrestling fans that have heard that Jeff Hardy is leaving are adamantly against the idea of him going to another wrestling company.
While it's true that he's burnt out, Jeff Hardy still needs to make money.
Ring of Honor might not be able to afford him, but TNA sure can. In fact, it would not be at all surprising if Spike offers to help pay for his contract (the network helps to pay for Sting's contract).
Compared to the WWE schedule, the TNA schedule is a lot easier. Wrestlers only need to work a couple of days a month and still make a decent living.
TNA has seen their fanbase grow over the last few weeks.
They made a huge splash with the debut of former WWE star Bobby Lashley. Former ECW star Taz is also rumored to be joining the company. If they can add someone like Jeff Hardy, then that splash turns into a tidal wave.
Then again, Jeff Hardy could simply choose to completely walk away from the wrestling industry.
