ODB or Jillian Hall? Who will be champ first?

Both of these gals are the most over gals in there respective companies. Jillian most over heel, ODB most over face. There is a problem though, Neither have ever won a championship despite being over with the crowd. MY question is why? What is taking WWE and TNA so long to push these girls as champions? Both are very capable workers and can bring attention to a title. At least TNA put ODB in many title matches, sadly WWE has Jillian stuck in jobbers Ville and she shockingly has never been involved in a title feud let alone a title match. Its just sickening to see such talent wasted. Are both girls destined for title reigns? What do you guys think?

Im guessing ODB. I will love for both of them to win a title.

jillian is stupid on wwe but she can wrestle but they push ppl that can't wrestle their way out of a bag

I don't think either are the most over nor do I think they're the most talented of their division but I'll say Jillian. I think both have charisma but I just enjoy Jillian more as a performer because she seems more natural in her role in the ring.
