The Diva Search (A better idea)

I like the Diva search I had no problem with it, but I was thinking of a better idea for it since they hire women with no experience and train them to wrestle and turn them into wrestlers WWE should have the diva search to find women that already have wrestling experience so women with years of training and have them wrestle each other in matches every week and WWE and the fans vote on who they would like to become the new diva. Models turned into wrestlers are fine but people have to wait awhile to see those divas wrestle in the ring due to them training in FCW and some of them still aren't good so I think my idea would be better what do you think of my idea

umm... nah, I still think employing women with no experience is cool but they could sign the women with experience to train the ones without, how does that sound

^^ That actually sounds good I think women training other women is better than men training women to a certain extent IMO

cool, It would seem to work alot more, also there would be less injury, AJ was training Christy that time and he injured her

^^ I don't know about the amount of injuries they would have but I see where you're coming from, men usually go alot harder in the ring so the might have a more painful limit than women in some cases so I think it would be better for women to train other women

the reason WWE doesn't do the above... is because there are only so many experienced women... that are appealing to the eyes.

They could make the women pretty with some make up and nice clothes

But a lot of them aren't model looking... make up only does so much.

come to think of it, that time Angelina didn't wear too much make up and looked more natural she actually looked better

yeah... and not all the female wrestlers have implants, as to why WWE hires models.

mmhmm, mind you i can understand why Angelina has implants, while training she probably had breast reductions so she had implants because you can't shrink silicon

The Diva Search is the reason we were stuck looking at Trashley.

Michelle, Maria, Joy, Candice, Kristal, Maryse, Rosa Mendes, Eve, and Tiffany.

Most of which make up the current Diva populace.

No more diva search. They have enough "models" on the roster and they need more women with some wrestling experience.

I was trying not to include the actual winners.. which is why i didnt include layla, christy, or ashley... too bad i forgot eve actually won.
