| here it is: Earlier in the week, it seemed highly certain that Ric Flair would appear on Monday's episode of Raw. Between Raw taking place in Charlotte, [color:98f5=red! important][color:98f5=red! important]North [color:98f5=red! important]Carolina, Flair departing early from a Ring of Honor event on Saturday, numerous [color:98f5=red! important][color:98f5=red! important]Internet spoiler reports, and the promised announcement of a new General [color:98f5=red! important][color:98f5=red! important]Manager on Raw — all signs were pointing towards the [color:98f5=red! important][color:98f5=red! important]WWE Hall of Famer making his grand return to television. It did not happen, as it was never supposed to happen. It was recently reported that company officials had focused once again on preventing [color:98f5=red! important][color:98f5=red! important]news and storyline plans from leaking onto the Internet. While Flair was backstage at the event, he was solely brought in to serve as a red herring to trick those within the company leaking storyline plans to the online media. WWE anticipated the story breaking online, which would throw reporters off track on the Donald Trump storyline. Ultimately, it worked as the Donald Trump storyline was not spoiled before it was revealed. In fact, plans regarding Trump were kept secret from pretty much everyone in the company except those involved in the pre- [color:98f5=red! important][color:98f5=red! important]tape and a few others. | |

| If you saw Raw, McMahon "bought" back Raw, so I'm sure we will still see Ric Flair as GM.

| Yeah...i didnt think it would happen when Trump showed up but now that Vince bought Raw back...I think Flair is going to be brought back in. I'm ok with it as long as he keeps the manboobs under wraps. | |

| Well, I could see Flair being GM. But I mean Why?
You would think Flair would want vince to shove the job up his ass.
I mean Flair is RETIRED Flair needs to just lay back and enjoy the rest of his life! He gave enough to the company. |
