Current Role - Manager to her brother Paul
Character Progression - Started off as the overly sexual sister of Paul Burchill.. Now just the random Goth lookin' chick. Well, prolly is Goth. She's as stoic as ever as a manager.
WWE.com Hits or TV Regular - She doesn't do much on TV, but at least she's on?
Noticeable WWE Matches - A few forgetful handicap matches with her brother, unsuccessful title shots against Mickie, and gave A.Fox some in ring practice before A.Fox become M.Cool's biatch.
Finisher - Hangman's Backbreaker

Noticeable Pre-WWE - Katie is actual an accomplished wrestler in her native U.K. She also picked up some steam in the indies here before signing to the WWE. Queen of Choas, Shimmer and Chick Fight are in her resume.

Presence Level - I don't think she has much presence at all. Hell, she did have a considerably big push for a diva when she came in 2008 but I don't remember much of it.
Charisma - Either she doesn't have any or she's not showing it.
Potential - I don't think she's gonna get much out of her WWE career. She's a very solid veteran, but she ain't even putting over less experienced talent! That says a lot for a WWE Diva.
What she SHOULD be doing - Shimmer or Chick Fight. The WWE ain't the place for such a good talent. She's not memorable by any means, but she can put on a good opening match.

Presence Level - LMAO, no such thing.
Charisma - See Presence
Potential - A ton, from the neck down.
What she SHOULD be doing - Call her friends Eve and Traci, and try to figure a way to rid themselves of manjaw.

Presence Level - I think shes a beautiful woman and one that can work and kick ass. I will like to see more of her.
Charisma - She hasnt shown much to me but Maybe she does have some but either WWE isnt letting her get out there or she isnt. I dont know. I heard she did good in OVW with her cats Kradle show. WWE should bring that back and maybe it will help her.
Potential - I see a lot of potental in her. But she needs to be used right. I suggest break away from Paul and turn face. She is a good worker who shouldnt go to waste.

Shimmer would be good for her again she was there under the name Nikita

WWE is wasting her and I think she will be released soon.

They dropped the ball when they didnt take her confrontations with Mickie and push it into a real feud. I was so hoping to see her and Mickie feuding. It would've produced some good matches, imo.

I thought she was a much better performer in OVW from what I had seen and heard from her. Her coming up to the main roster has since been a huge disappointment. She's got zero character, personality and with no character to work with, there's no charisma to go along with her nor is there any natural charisma that at least makes her memorable.

She's got potential as a worker but in terms of being a WWE diva, I'm not sure if her fortune will ever change. If they wanted to do something with her, I would think they would've done it by now, but then it also leads me to question why the hell they brought her up in the first place when they had very little real plans for her to begin with.

As far as what they should do, there's really no point in keeping her around if they're not gonna use her and they won't allow her to work. Let her go and let her find some value in her career in another promotion that will actually let her wrestle.
