MVP/Shelton Benjamin potential Feud

This has potential to be an outstanding feud in every aspect. Throw in the U.S. title and you have a recipe for success. MVP dominated the U.S. title division for almost a solid year, establishing himself as one of the top heels on smackdown and the entire WWE. With this feud, MVP could establish himself as a face. (yes I know most of you think if the character is not heel, it's a bad character, but MVP is good enough to do either) This would be a refreshing change and could further the amount of heat Benjamin gets.

With his new push, the gold standard has certainly made an impact in the WWE. A win over MVP after a solid, well-booked feud would help get him over as an upper heel. By contrast, MVP would have potential to be a two-time U.S. Champion in addition to a WWE Tag Team Champion. This would help propel him into the main event as many of us want to see so badly.

Also I like both of these guys so I'll be happy either way.

I would not be a fan of MVP , if he turned face. I have followed his whole WWE carrar , I know it hasn't been long but I followed it because I liked how he plays a heel. I would LOVE to see MVP as United States champion again.I'm also a fan of Shelton's , but I would like to see MVP kick his ass.

I completely agree with Blue. MVP is good enough to be a face and a face turn would be good for him and for Shelton in this feud, if they do.

Shelton has asserted himself as the best worker on Smackdown in 2008 and I always wanted to see these guys wrestle...they let them work a 4 minute match this week but that's not enough. There needs to be a PPV 15 minute match. I have noticed that since Shelton has come to Smackdown, that MVP has totally went away from calling himself the best athlete in the whole company and now calls himself the "King of Bling". LOL@MVP trying to mat wrestle Shelton and getting schooled with ease. Don't do that, Porter. :D Look for them to interact at either Cyber Sunday or No Mercy though...

I'd like to see the two as a tag team.
