ABC Family has greenlit a fourth Cutting Edge movie, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The Cutting Edge: Fire & Ice follows the direct-to-video Going for Gold and last year’s TV movie Chasing a Dream, starring Francia Raisa as a hockey player-turned-figure skater Alex Delgado. In this next installment, Alex becomes a teacher after her partner’s injury scuttles her figure skating career; but she soon finds a new partner in bad-boy speedskater James Van Behr (played by Brendan Fehr). Production begins this month, with a spring airdate.
