A Houston woman has filed a lawsuit against the popular artist. She claims he shot her with a pellet gun.
Mary Anderson attended the rapper's concert in Houston last year. After the concert, she approached his tour bus hoping to get an autograph.
She says the singer emerged with a gun and shot her several times.
Anderson says she only had minor injuries, but she did file a report with Houston police.
She and her lawyer say they don't know where the police investigation stands.
